Tashkent City Mall

What did we find out?
A large shopping center with dozens of brands, partners, and event formats needed a unified structural regulation, design, and interaction that would work for both image events and children's activities, as well as sales - without constant conflicts and last-minute edits.

During the research, it was revealed:
  • Each brand has its own understanding of "beautiful," "allowed/not allowed."
  • Participants did not understand where their freedom ends and responsibility begins.
  • There was no unified visual "language" for events.

The main pain point: no system → everything is solved on a case-by-case basis → mistakes are repeated.
How to turn event chaos into a manageable system without losing creativity

JTBD Service
We approached the task as a full-fledged product, not just a document.
We developed the Event Design & Operations Guide - a regulation that:
• explains how to do things, not just what cannot be done;
• is equally understandable to the designer, brand, contractor, and shopping center manager;
• scales to any event formats.
What are we working on as a JTBD service?
What did we do?
We designed a modular event architecture using a LEGO approach, maintaining a balance between brand individuality and a unified visual code for the shopping center.
We systematized event formats and documented tasks, visual and organizational constraints, and requirements for each.

We created an operational scenario for events — from announcement to dismantling, with timelines, roles, checklists, and publication rules.
3. Введение
We developed a visual regulation: logo rules, color system (basic and adaptive for different formats), typography, patterns, and photo style.

CPL
We created a system that helps the shopping center be recognizable, manageable, and visually cohesive, while allowing brands to comfortably and safely integrate into its space, gaining more freedom for creativity.
We create outcomes,
not busywork.
