On Friday, a live broadcast with a media blogger took place at the Mango store, structured in a live shopping format directly from the sales floor.
During the broadcast, the blogger showcased discounted items as part of the Final Sale and simultaneously created three complete looks from the new collection — for work, for the evening, and for everyday wear.
This format allowed viewers to immediately understand which items are currently available, how they look in real life, and in what scenarios they can be combined.
Thanks to the expertise of the media personality and the live dialogue, the format worked as a tool: the audience received answers to their questions in real time and saw the products without retouching or filters. Additionally, viewers could immediately add their favorite items from the stream to their favorites and later come to the store to purchase the items they had set aside.
Result:
sales noticeably increased, especially for discounted items.
