The Nabeghlavi team, along with a blogger, visited the Mazzali factory to see the production process from the inside and to follow the entire journey of the product from the kitchen to the finished dish.
During the visit, the team observed the complete cooking cycle: from the cold kitchen and meat processing to baking, salads, and final assembly. Special attention was given to processes where hands and experience are crucial, such as the handmade manti prepared here, up to 400 pieces a day.
This format allowed us to see how the processes are structured, how quality control is maintained, and why attention to detail directly influences taste.
